Class Reflective Areas
Throughout the year we have hosted various Prayer Spaces.
We create posters to inform the school about the next theme and time of each event.
Prayer Spaces
We understand school life can be extremely busy and that it is important for children to have time and space to reflect on their own beliefs and values. The Collective Worship Group have been researching
Outdoor Spiritual Areas.
Queen Elizabeth
We hosted a Prayer Space to think about the Queen. The Children made rainbow hearts.
We collected some of the children's thoughts:-
'The Queen put her country before herself and helped us through the COVID-19 pandemic'
'The Queen was a good citizen and put others before herself'
'I am glad you have been reunited with your husband. Thank you for everything you have done for the country. You have inspired me to persevere. Rest in peace'
'The Queen was kind and loved meeting her people. She was a wonderful Queen'
'When the Queen stepped up to the throne she said ' I will serve you' She has stood with us through COVID-19. She has been an amazing monarch'
'Thank you for being an amazing and hardworking Queen you will be missed'
'Thank you for all the memories and the legacy'
'Thank you for 70 years of guidance'
'I thank the Queen for being resilient and always there. Rest in peace'
