Poetry Week
The children had great fun exploring the poems Overheard on a Saltmarsh by Harold Munro and A Small Dragon by Brian Patten (A small dragon - The Children’s Poetry Archive), as well as joining a workshop run by poet Simon Mole. They used these as inspiration to create and perform their own poems:
