Online Safety

Using the internet can be great fun, but it's important that we all keep safe while we're online. Please have a look at the Think U Know resources, which can be found on the Home learning page under Computing and Online safety or click the link below. Happy online learning!

Home Learning

All homework will be posted on the Year 4 Google Classroom page.

Spelling

Children should practise their spelling 3 times a week at home. Pre-learned spellings and rehearsal strategies will be posted on Google Classroom every Friday. 

Reading

All children should be reading to an adult at home five times a week. The children will have a reading record and reading book that moves between home and school. All children need their reading book and reading record in school every day. 

Timetables

Children should be practising their timetables at home, three times a week. The children have now been taught all their multiplication facts to 12 x 12. Please use the suggested websites for games and timetables rehearsal which are posted on Google Classroom under 'Timetables'.

RE and Topic

Both the RE and Topic (Geography/History) homework will be assigned once each half term. These will be located under 'Topic' and 'RE' on Google classroom. 

Science

The children are assigned Science homework once every term. Science homework will be located under 'Science' on Google Classroom.
