Sharing Assemblies
“We loved attending the sharing assembly this morning. It was our first chance to come to something celebratory at St Michael’s and all the Year 1 parents really appreciated it. There was such a warm sense of togetherness and the children performed very confidently with great pride in themselves and their work. At a very young age, they seemed comfortable in the church and read fluently, even when using a microphone for the first time! What a triumph.” Zoë Briggs, Year 1 parent
“It is a delight to get parents and pupils back together through hosting Sharing Assemblies in church. I was particularly impressed with the articulate skills in English demonstrated by Year 5 in their Assembly and the confidence with which they presented their work.”
Kenneth Padley, Vicar
'A huge well done to all the children and staff involved in the school production-it was fantastic! We loved all the singing and colourful costumes! I know how much time and effort goes into these shows and it definitely was worth it!' (Pirates and Mermaids)
